After an inspiring first year of our new performance-based summer eurythmy intensive for Waldorf high school and gap-year students aged 16-20, we are looking forward to offering it again in summer 2019! The course will include intensive daily eurythmy rehearsals, augmented by poetry writing, art, music, swimming in the pond, an outing in NYC, and bringing one’s inner story to life! The youth eurythmy intensive will culminate in a final performance of the work created together during the week. From the first moment, the course process is about discovering the deep potential in eurythmy for artistic exploration that can build insight and foster growth. Harvesting food, making meals together, and outings to cultural events are only a few of the other ways of building a community that supports the full engagement in this intensive. The faculty will include Sea-Anna Vasilas and Virginia Hermann of Eurythmy Spring Valley, with other guest artists.
Participants will stay with a chaperone on Threefold Educational Center’s campus, and all meals and necessary transportation will be provided.
